Is there a weight restriction. Also is there parking near by.

The parking is relatively close but you still have to walk a little ways to the dock. I don't believe that there is a weight restriction but you may want to confirm with the tour operator.
Are the Thriller and Hurricane tours the same? Is the boat and departure times the only difference? Or do they take different routes and see different sights?
Hi. it depends on where you are seated. Isle seats not so much. if you are sitting towards the front or on the sides, you will get some mild splashes(nothing disastrous)
