Impressive collection of buildings...all a bit different. Great views of Prague. Relatively easy to get to from anywhere in the city...suggest taking the tram up & can walk down...get there by 9 am… Full review by Rosario P

Because I’m getting mixed up with reviews saying no need to buy and some say need to buy. I’m kinda confused. And also, if I need to buy ticket, can I just pay on arrival with their local currency in cash? I may just wanna see the St Vitus Cathedral from outside. Thank you.

Hi Kimberlyhallie Yes all the replies are right. You dont need to pay unless you want to go into the cathedral. Have fun visiting the castle!
